making donut :)

Mix flour with sugar and butter, stirring until combined then add i small glass of hot water and five eggs.









stir until a dough







 
 cover the dough with a cloth. wait until the dough expands (5-7 minute)

 make dough into small spheres like donuts. and cover them with cloth for 2 miniute

prepare cooking oil..

make a hole in the middle of donut dough with your fingers

fried dough cooked with outrigger chopsticks






 
if it is cooked, drain the donuts so that no oil in donuts

Serve donut with the powdered sugar
